• for small groups of nurses and their colleagues to meet and conduct business, e.g., board meetings, seminars, interview sessions
• for slightly larger groups to host special events, e.g., small receptions, fund-raising dinners

Routine hours during which the Rahr Board Room is available are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For special events, i.e., for use of the entire Center, or for times before or after regular hours, requests are confirmed as much in advance as possible. Arrangements need to be made with consideration of maintaining the routine functioning of the Center.

Food and beverages can be served in the Board Room. After the event, the room must be immediately restored to its original condition.
