Cory
Franklin is the Administrative Coordinator for the Densford
Center, working side-by-side with the Director. Ms. Franklin
brings a wide range of skills and experience that enable her
to creatively envision a leadership center, develop processes,
coordinate events, as well as manage the myriad details involved
in day-to-day operations.
Ms. Franklin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Training and Development,
with an emphasis in Human Services, from Metropolitan State
University in St. Paul, Minnesota. In addition to several
years of administrative experience in business, academic and
non-profit environments, she has worked as an adult educator
for nearly twenty years in a variety of settings. She has
facilitated and supervised support groups for women at Chrysalis,
A Center for Women in Minneapolis, and prior to joining the
Densford Center, trained, coached and counseled participants
in successful work and life skills in the Minnesota Family
Investment Program (MFIP) in Ramsey County. Presently, Ms
Franklin works with residents of Anoka County as they prepare
to become US citizens.
