Some of these options are: Outright gifts: cash, securities, personal property and real estate Income-producing gifts: charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder annuity trusts, charitable remainder unitrusts Estate gifts: bequests from wills or living trusts, retirement plan assets Other planned gifts: charitable lead trusts, real estate gifts of home or farm, life insurance Specific priority initiatives within the Densford Center that you may wish to support include: Contributing to the Creativity Awards program ($1000) Making a multiple-year pledge for scholarships Sponsoring a Densford Undergraduate Scholar ($3000) Supporting a Visiting Professor ($3000+) Becoming a Densford Clinical Scholar Sponsor, supporting the conduct of clinical research to improve patient care ($25,000) Establishing an endowment fund in your name or that of a loved one ($25,000) Endowing special funds dedicated to specific leadership projects, research, teaching, or continuing education for nurses in the community Establishing an endowed chair ($1 million+), or professorship ($500,000) to create a permanent faculty position in your name or the name of an esteemed faculty member Gifts and pledges may be directed to any of the initiatives above. New funds may be created with gifts of $10,000 or more.
